Story of Me
While doing this project, I went over many new topics. I learned that I should spend less time putting so much detail into one part of the project and budget my time to allow myself time to finish everything. I used shape builder many times throughout the project. One example of this is joining the neck of the guitar to the body. Shape builder was used to allow the neck to smoothly mesh into the body and the pick guard. Different sizes and color of stroke were also used to enhance the quality of this project. An example of different sized strokes is shown on the neck of the guitar. The stroke on the neck was used to make the neck stick out more and have a more prevalent appearance to the viewer. An example of stroke color is shown on the body and the pick guard. The body has a black stroke to show the black binding enamel. The pick guard has a red stroke to show the red trim of the guard. To me, what turned out the best on this project was the guitar itself, the detail I used and time I took shows in the quality of the guitar. Something I wished had looked better is the BlackStar Amp. I did not budget enough time to put as much detail into the Amp as I did for the guitar. I feel as though I should get a low B on this project, this is because, I used all of the techniques required for the project, however, I did not do the other two pictures that were assigned.
